If you would like to return equipment or parts to JIREH, please use the following form to request an RMA number. You will receive an RMA number shortly after submitting the form.
Please include the RMA number on the shipment and in any communication with JIREH. Please DO NOT send your equipment or parts to JIREH without first obtaining an RMA number. We aren't equipped to deal with equipment or parts that arrive without an RMA number, so they will be returned at the sender's expense.
